Digital Content Writing Warranty Policy

At The Farmer Stylus, we stand by the quality and accuracy of our digital content. We offer a 30 day guarantee on all subscription packages, and a 48 hour window to report any missing deliverables. Our aim is for you to feel completely confident in every piece of content we craft.

Coverage and Claims

All subscription packages are covered by a 30 day money back warranty from the date you receive your first content file(s). During this period, you may request a refund if you are not satisfied with our service. This applies to your subscription package. If any promised deliverable (e.g., article, blog post, ) is not included in the delivered package, you must report the omission within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may forfeit the right to a replacement for that specific item. A copy of the order confirmation or invoice is required for all warranty claims.

Missing Content Process

In the event that you are missing a content piece, please contact our support team via email. Include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and any relevant excerpts or screenshots. You will then receive a ticket reference number and detailed instructions. Our writer will provide the missing content within the timeframe specified in the ticket, typically 3-5 business days. If we are unable to replace missing content within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund for the affected deliverable(s) or the entire order, at our discretion.

 

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover requests submitted after the 48-hour missing deliverable window or the 30 day overall warranty period. All claims are subject to validation against the original scope of work and compliance.
